People buy things and then throw it away as soon as it’s not in 100% condition. It wasn’t always like this. When the goods were scarce, people used to repair it up to the moment it became impossible. I write about the reasons why I repair my stuff and why it is important for life in general.
On my last day at Seek, I walked around and took pictures of backpacks that people wore. Not only those I found great – I got kind of ethnographic approach. I started to call this series #backpacksofseek. Check how the backpacks look when they are really used.
It was freezing cold but gallons of coffee made it tolerable. The closer I was to my destination, the more well-dressed people I saw and the more I was looking forward to seeing all the brands that came to Berlin to show their products.
